Solution to Global Warming (Part 18)

With this configuration, it is possible that when the electron, proton or neutron spins around its axis, a wormhole is created. A wormhole is a tunnel that is as small as one could imagine with particle of Zero Point Energy field occupying its walling structure. By virtue of empty space within such tunnel two separate bodies would end up being push toward each other and we in the Atomic World Paradigm look at it as attraction but in the realm of Zero Point Energy Field, what takes place is displacement or a“PUSH” that is similar to buoyant force in the case of atmospheric gases as well as in the case of liquid water.

Magnetism is much stronger than gravitation by virtue of the greater density of Wormholes that are formed by the spin of atoms which are oriented to the same directions compared to the source of gravity where atoms are randomly oriented. The observation that magnetism is of shorter range compared to gravitation may be attributed to the magnitude of wormholes that are created.

In Magnetism, like poles repeal and unlike poles attract each other because in like poles the spins are opposite each other whereas in unlike pole the spins are congruent one another.

The two magnets repeal each other when like poles are brought near each other is because their respective spins are opposed to each other and in effect eradicates or annihilates each other’s wormholes. The extension of the same wormholes on opposite sides creates some sorts of empty spaces to allow exotic matter to push the objects away from each other.

If ordinary matter in the three dimensional world can be made to be super-imposed with exotic matter in the Unified Field Continuum because they belong to different dimension of existence, why is it that the moon is attracted by the earth and earth is likewise attracted by the moon in the perspective within the Atomic World Paradigm? This question is wrong in the perspective of the Unified Field Continuum. It should be stated this way: If the ordinary matter in the three dimensional level of existence can be super-imposed with exotic matter because they don’t affect each other, why do you claim that the two celestial bodies are being “pushed” toward each other by exotic matter?

To understand gravitation, one must start with the basic facts that all elementary particles all over the Universe are in constant spinning motion. The spinning motion generates wormholes so that wormholes are everywhere in the Universe. Please take note that the spinning motion starts from elementary particles found in the three dimensional world that in effect creates a warp in the fabric of space. The warping in the fabric of space according Albert Einstein is caused by massive objects whereby the two dimensional surface curves into an extra dimension.

This proposition coincides with the Lorentz Principle which states that “the amount of curvature in space is in accordance with the distribution of matter in space.” Where there are particles of matter, there are wormholes and where there are more wormholes there is greater curvature in space.

Isaac Newton stated that the force of gravity between two bodies is equal to the product of their masses divided by the square of the distance between their centers of gravity multiplied by a constant “G” which is equal to 6.670 x 10-11 N-m2/kg2. This value is so small that the force of gravitation between two objects with a mass of 1 metric ton each, 1 meter from each other, is about 67 millionths of a Newton, or about 15 millionths of a pound.
The nearer and nearer the two bodies are brought together, the more and more wormholes are aligned to coincide each other and the greater would be the force of gravity. The coincidence of much more wormholes existing between two bodies compared to all other directions represents the virtual empty space by which imbalance of “push” finds its direction. The amount of push exerted by exotic matter along the path of wormholes is reduced due to the absence of “push” from space occupied by Wormholes. The imbalance produced by the totality of “pushes” is what we perceived as the sensible attribute of gravitation.

FROM ENCARTA:
“A: Isaac Newton in 1687 advanced the law of gravity, describing the strength of the force that pulls any two masses together. Albert Einstein in 1916, in his general theory of relativity, explained gravity as a warping of space. An analogy would be to put a heavy weight in the middle of your bed, causing the mattress to sag. If you then rolled a ball across the bed, its path would curve when it entered the sagging part of the mattress. You might think that the weight was pulling the ball to it by gravity. This example shows a two-dimensional surface curving into an extra dimension. Similarly, scientists describe the universe as a four-dimensional space-time, and Einstein’s theory shows how a massive object causes it to curve.

If the weight were extremely heavy, the dent in the mattress would be very deep. A black hole is a curvature of space so extreme that nothing, not even light, can escape. Some scientists have proposed that the opposite also exists: a white hole, out of which matter comes. The question then is whether the black hole and the white hole can be connected, so that matter that goes into the black hole comes out of the white hole. We call this link a wormhole. Once you enter the black hole you are pulled inward and are eventually crushed. Wormholes can, in principle, connect two regions of space without the extreme warp of a black hole.

In the 1980s Carl Sagan, in writing his novel Contact (later made into a major motion picture of the same name), consulted the Caltech theoretician Kip Thorne to see if a wormhole could transport his heroine from one place in the universe to another. Physicists had previously calculated that the throat connecting the two ends of a wormhole would pinch off too quickly for anything to pass through. But following Sagan’s question, Thorne and a student figured out that a theoretical kind of matter, which they call “exotic matter,” might be able to keep the throat open. This type of matter cannot exist in our current understanding of the constituents of the universe, but new laws of physics may be discovered that permit it. When matter is very compressed, for example, we would need a quantum theory to explain gravity, and no such theory yet exists.”
So no one knows yet whether wormholes can exist. They can’t in our current understanding of the universe, but we still have a lot to learn. In 2000 Thorne stated, “There is growing evidence, but nothing at all firm, that the laws of quantum field theory in curved space-time may prevent the existence of the kind of stress-energy required to hold open a macroscopic wormhole,” in which case, they can’t exist.

It is further suggested that the wormholes in Quantum Physics is the same tunnel mentioned by Dr.Phyllis M.Atwater and must be the same tunnel through which the human soul traverses when someone die clinically but eventually gets back to life as discussed in some episodes in the book entitled “Beyond The Light written by Dr.Phyllis Atwater. Dr, Atwater described the wormhole to be in total darkness and as the end of it is being approached there appears a small dot of light at the middle which grows bigger and bigger and eventually at the end of the tunnel there is brightness beyond any comparison. Total emptiness is therefore darkness and everything in the Zero Point Energy Field is brightness.

Gravitational field appears to be all pervading in space and it shows that the strength of gravitation is similar to that of a magnet where such strength in inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the respective Centers of Gravity. This mathematical equation demonstrates that the flux of gravitation is redial. The same goes with a permanent magnet or electro-magnet whereby their strength reduces with the square of the distance.

ZERO POINT ENERGY FIELD LEVEL OF EXISTENCE

The Zero Point Energy Field according to Morray B.King is the ultimate energy field with tremendous amount of energy that has so far been detected by way of producing a polarized vacuum and by passing a stream of electrons within such vacuum. In the study of stoichiometry, it has been established that the temperature of any substance is relative to the intensity of the movements of the molecules that comprise it. The faster the molecules move the hotter is the body and the slower the molecules move the cooler the body becomes. At zero degrees Celsius, water begins to freeze into ice but zero degrees Celsius are equivalent to 273 degrees Kelvin.

At zero degrees Kelvin, the atoms and molecules theoretically become totally at rest and the corresponding kinetic energy becomes Zero. In view of the results in several laboratory experiments whereby tremendous amount of energy were found to exist at 00K, the said energy that has been detected is now known as the Zero Point Energy. The field in which it exists is known as the Zero Point Energy Field and the particle it exists in such field is known as the Zero Point Energy Particles or the EXOTIC MATTER.

Many scientists, who work along in the research in Zero Point Energy Field, are in agreement, that the size of the particles of the Zero Point Energy could have a diameter equal to the value of Marx’s Plank Constant, which is in the vicinity of 1 X 10-34 Cm. Surprisingly, these particles are about 1 X 1026 smaller than the atom of hydrogen and 1 X 1020 times smaller than the proton in terms of diameter.

This means that if the size of the Zero Point Energy Particle were enlarged to one millimeter, the diameter of the proton undergoing the same magnitude of enlargement would have a diameter of one million times the distance between the earth and the sun. It may take another twenty to fifty years of experimental research before this theory may be denied or accepted with verifiable data but this author anyway proposes that the human soul is composed of binary or twin of revolving particles of “‘etheric matter “not exotic matter with the smallest Black Hole at the center which are arranged in a series in a similar manner as the alternate connection between the axon and the dendrite of the nervous system.

It is further proposed that the soul derives its constant supply of energy by forming a vortex of revolving pairs of etherons so that the Zero Point Energy Field will impart its energy to the system by which the human soul exist. It is also proposed that the human soul is subject to gravitation because if not how could one explain appearances of the ghosts? If it has no weight it will be left behind in out spaces if we consider that the earth travels around the sun at the speed of 29 kilometers per second. With this theory put in its perspective, the outward extension of the human aura could now be viewed as the plurality of these vortices. Along with this perspective, we may reiterate that there are highly evolved persons or individuals that can read the human aura that he could tell the patient which part of his body is in pain.

With the aid of intense concentration of the consciousness some highly evolved individuals, these vortices may be enlarged and extended towards a certain direction to produce antigravity to allow former Miss Universe Philippines, Miss Merriam Quiambao to float on the air in one of the T.V. shows featured in Channel Seven some time in the middle of October 2001. In the past there were lots of magicians or clairvoyant that can perform levitation or the ability to make human beings float in the air in the past Televisions shows. Psychokinesis may be explained by this theory that nobody is responsible except this author.

As part of the cosmic radiation particles, etherons are recorded to have to have a mass that is equivalent to 2.1277 X 1011 times smaller than that of hydrogen and a speed of 473,000 kilometers per second on (page 221 of the fifth edition of the Chemical Dictionary by Roger Grant and Clair Grant with copyright in 1987 by McGraw Hill Inc.) This is the first time that this author encountered a publication regarding a subatomic or quantum particle has the velocity that is beyond that of light and in fact 56.67% much faster than light. Among different quantum and subatomic particles, the etheron is so far the smallest among them and yet, it is about a billion times bigger than the Zero Point Energy Particles.

XI. .SOLUTIONS TO GLOBAL WARMING

People in all parts of the world have been seriously alarmed by glaring evidences on significant Climatic Change, the increasing frequency of catastrophic events and much more damaging effects of disasters it brings about. Meteorological experts have predicted that the tipping point towards the worst in Global Warming which is the greatest catastrophe ever to happen in the history of mankind will be coming within the period of 30 years to 50 years from this moment if no appropriate measure is undertaken. They claimed that once the tipping point of Global Warming is reached, there is no way to reverse the impending disaster until more than 50 % of the landmass would be submerged under water.

Putting 50% of the landmass under water would cause approximately 80 % of the farmlands to totally disappear that would results to huge reduction of food supply and extreme magnitude of food scarcity and there would be famine worldwide. At the peak of Global Disaster we would find men killing each other for the sake of food and to survive.

When the tipping point of Global Warming is reached, all the ice caps in the Polar Region will melt to raise the level of water in the ocean by an increment of more than 20 meters. The increase of the temperature of water in the ocean by as much as 5.00C would add about 10 meters in the ocean for a total of about 30 meters that would submerge not only the great majority of the populated land-mass but also the land resources where the supply of food sources is obtained.

In case of Global Warming and subsequent submersion of the great majority of land mass into water and before the people will die of famine, they are expected to fight and kill each other for the sake of food. Before the ocean rise to submerge a greater part of the land, there would be storms and flooding. There would be lightning and thunderstorms, more hurricanes and tornadoes as well as deadly heat waves that would wipe out mankind.

The Tipping Point in Global Warming is expected to happen when the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere would reach the vicinity of 480 part per million. Today, the concentration of CO2 is recorded at 390 parts per million which suggests that we are 90 ppm away from the Tipping Point. At this moment we are depositing an average of 2 ppm annually which could increase to 3 ppm annually 30 years from now. If no appropriate measure is identified and implemented, the end of mankind will happen about 40 years from now.

Within the span of 32 years, more particularly from 1975 to 2007, there had been 28 Global Summits and Inter-government Conferences purposely held to avert Global Warming. As many as 192 countries in all parts of the world but so far no significant and appropriate solution has been brought forward. There are laudable accomplishment made in the search for a solution but these efforts were far from completely solving the dilemma we are confronted with in Global Warming

If we may recall, the Kyoto Protocol which was agreed and duly signed by more than 120 countries is an important Inter-government Accord that the United States and Australia refused to sign.

If we may assess the efforts and accomplishments of the Inter-government Panel for Climate Change, we would be surprised to discover that what has been accomplished worldwide are but pledges and commitments of industrialized countries to limit their Carbon Dioxide Emission. The commitments of industrialize countries to reduce their CO2 emission by 5% to 10% based on 1990 CO2 emission level is computed to delay the occurrence of Global Warming but by as much as two to four years.

1.0 ppm of Atmosphere = 4.14173361721852122363 Gegaton
389 ppm of Atmosphere = 1,611.134377098 Gegatons of CO
= 4.026149999981 Kg/M2

Earth Surface area = 400,167,499.25 Km2
Landed & Vegetative Area = 95,760,082.58 Km2 (23.93%)

In 1650, CO2 was 2.48 Kg/M2. The total amount of CO2 in the Atmosphere is distributed all over the earth’s surface at present is 4.026 Kg/M2 or 62% greater than it was 357 years ago. To put the concentration of the CO2 back to 1650 level, 617.11 Gegatons of CO2 should be sequestered. To sequester this much of CO2 utilizing the existing landed area for plantation, 2.594 kg must be sequestered per unit area of one square meter.

11.1 PRIMARY SOLUTION TO GLOBAL WARMING
IS EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL WASTE

The main reason why the scientific community failed to identify a clear cut and appropriate solution to Climate Change is because of its failure to quantify the facts and figures surrounding the issue of Climatic Change. Many overlooked the fact that the CO2 sequestration attributed to agricultural activity amounts to 10.683 gegatons annually but these agricultural wastes are allowed to get burned and in the process gets back into the atmosphere.

People in all parts of the world will eventually realize that that there is no immediate need to reduce the CO2 emission into the atmosphere as a result of burning fossil fuel that is needed in industrialization. All that is needed is the strict implementation of the law that bans the burning of agricultural waste.

11.1.1 TOTAL BAN ON BURNING OF AGRICULTURAL WASTE

• The global output of Agricultural Waste at the per capita of 4.5 Kg per day will sum up to 1,643.625 Kg/yr or 10.6835625 Gegatons Globally/yr At the moisture content of 40%, global output of agricultural waste on dry basis would amount to 6.4101375 gegatons of organic waste on dry basis which is computed to be capable of sequestering 8.906886 gegatons of Carbon Dioxide annually. If the governments of different countries in all parts of the world would succeed in banning the burning of agricultural waste completely, carbon dioxide accumulation in the atmosphere will also be completely solved.

• The above magnitude of carbon dioxide is equivalent to more than two parts per million which is even greater than the amount of carbon dioxide we deposit into the in the Atmosphere annually..

11.1.2 SHREDING FOR MULCHING MATERIALS

• When agricultural waste is shredded and used as mulching materials in the case of vegetable plantation or shredded and mixed into the cultivated soil, the farmers will retain the fertilizer component of Agricultural Waste to reduce the normal inputs of fertilizer. The soil being applied will increase its porosity, hygroscopic property and enhance the growth and propagation of soil bacteria.

• The total benefit that may be derived in this practice has been computed to be much greater than the cost of shredding the resultant agricultural wastes.

11.1.3 STOCKPILING AND COMPOSTING

• The farmers may choose the option of having their agricultural waste stockpiled and allowed to decompose. To enhance much faster decomposition, the materials may be wet with water that is duly inoculated with bacteria.

• The farmer may also have the option to produce methane by conducting the process in an airtight vessel with optimum inoculating medium being applied and utilize the methane for drying the harvested products.

11.2 SECONDARY SOLUTION TO GLOBAL WARMING IS THE GREEN IMAGERY PROJEC

GREEN IMAGERY PROJECT

OVERVIEW

The Scientific Paper entitled “The Green Imagery Project” consists of about 80 pages which were prepared purposely to solve Global Warming and at the same time formulate a method on how to make timber tree farming economically viable. It may be pointed out that the reason why reforestation efforts failed is mainly because the trees that we plant are good for firewood. We plant the supposed timber trees that divide into branches after reaching the height of three to four meters.

The new method being introduced is designed to grow timber tree species to a height of at least six meters before allowing the plant to form branches so that trunks would grow to a total length of eighteen to twenty meters by the time it is ready for harvesting. So far there had been attempts to increase the length of the trees but ended up still a failure because the optimum and desired length of the resultant product is not achieved.

The method that has been employed so far is to grow tree seedlings as close as possible and to transplant them close enough but the method is insufficient to achieve the desired results. If there is any it is so seldom among farm tree grower to install watering system. If there is any it is so seldom that the desired seedling is planted under a temporary tree shelter or temporary tree specie being planted to provide shade to the desired timber trees being propagated.

11.2.1 NEW TECHNOLOGIES

11.2.1.1 SEED GERMINATION

The first technology being introduced is how to germinate the seed of the desired timber tree specie. The timber tree farmer must germinate the seed and to plant the new sprout seven days before the new moon appears. To germinate the seeds they must be submerged in a simmering water for 30 seconds and subsequently soaked in warm water maintained at 42 0C for 60 minutes. After soaking the seeds must be kept and covered by wet towel for the next 24 to 36 hours until signs of pod breakage for young sprouts. The young sprouts should be buried into the soil at the depth of one to two centimeters.

The reason why it has to be planted seven days before the New Moon covers two purposes. One objective involves the idea that it is the root system that comes out first from the seed. During the seven day period, there is a maximum gravitational force that will stretch the young root deep down into the soil because during nighttime, the sun and the moon complement the earth’s gravitation.

The second objective is that by the time the foliage system of the young starts to grow on the eight day after planting, there is sunlight during the daytime and there is the New Moon to provide light at nighttime to enable photosynthesis to proceed for the period of twenty four hours a day.

The scientific idea being pursued here is the concept that allowing the germination to be initiated much faster, the development of roots system enhanced and photosynthetic activity of plant extended will be imbedded in the program of growth in a repetitive and replicating behavior encoded in the Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid or “DNA”.

11.2.1.2 SEEDBED PREPARATION & FERTILIZATION

It is recommended that the seed be planted first in a plastic pot about 15 Cm in diameter and 30 Cm in height. The plastic pot shall be open at the bottom and be mount in a well arranged manner of rows that are as close as possible to each other. The plastic pots shall be mounted over a garden plot that is cultivated up to the height of 20 Cm so that the roots of the seedling can extend to the garden soil plots.

The pot shall be contained within a nursery that is provided with nets that would allow 20 % only of the sunlight. Other than the shed installation that would allow but 20 % of the sunlight, there shall be an opaque walling structure to impede or block the entry of sunlight at the east side and west side of the plant which will kept always 15 Cm over and above the icon of the plant. This method would make the seedling grow with much longer trunk, thin and slender at the start of its growth.

11.2.1.3 BACTERIA INOCULATED WATERING MEDIUM

It is highly necessary to have the young seedling watered once in every three days all throughout the period of six months to nine months in the nursery. At least twice a month the water to be used as a watering medium shall be inoculated with bacteria.

• This Author succeeded in being able to produce three ears of corn in each corn stalk by having the plant watered with watering medium duly inoculated with bacteria in Lupi, Camarines Sur, Bicol Region, in 2003.

• A kilo of chicken dung/manure was dissolved thoroughly in a 20 liter plastic pail and subsequently loaded to a 200 liter plastic drum where aerial bacteria is allowed to inoculate for a period of ten days. At the end of the ten day period, the stock was observed to be bubbling with Carbon Dioxide and Methane gas due to the presence of bacteria in very high concentration. Using the stock as watering medium the corn bore three fruits for each stalk while the control medium using the same variety of corn seed bore but one fruit each.

• It is an established knowledge that the surface soil structure normally contains 0.12 % Phosphorus which equal to 6.48 tons per hectare for a depth of 20 Cm and specific weight of 2.7 tons/M3. While there is plenty of phosphorus in the soil these can not be utilized by the plant or assimilated into its metabolic process because these are not in there dissolved form. Only one kilo per hectare is made up of phosphorus pentoxide “P2O5” that is soluble in water. The introduction of bacteria into the soil allows the bacteria to mine the soil and convert the complex chemical compounds of phosphorus into component parts such as phosphorus pentoxide. A similar reaction takes place in the case of potassium.

11.2.1.4 FIELD PREPARATION AND INITIAL CROP PLANTATION.

Field preparation consists of the normal and common process of cultivation done by tilling the soil twice with a hand tractor with harrowing done in between the tilling processes. The preparation and planting of the preliminary crops which primary purpose is to provide the shade to timber tree species shall made at least six month prior to the germination of the desired timber tree seeds.

The first crop to be planted is the corn together and at the same time with the seeds of ipilipil trees. Every two adjacent hills of corn being planted at 20 Cm apart from each other shall be alternately provided with ipilipil tree plant at the same interval of 20 Cm. With this spacing, the resultant interval of the ipilipil plant would be 60 Cm apart from each other.

About three weeks after plantation, the corn which could be about 40 Cm in height will start to provide substantial shade to the ipilipil plant estimated at the height of about 10 Cm. At 2.5 months, the corn must have reached its optimum height of 1.5 meters while the ipilipil by this time could be at the height of 75 Cm. The primary purpose of planting corn is to provide optimum shade to ipilipil so that the growth of ipilipil will be slender and grow much taller than the usual size and shape and at much faster rate. On the other hand, the purpose of planting ipilipil is primarily to provide optimum shade to the timber upon transplanting and at the same time provide the soil with nitrogen nutrients.

11.2.1.5 TRANSPLANTATION TIMING AND METHODS

By the time corn are being harvested at the end of the four month period, the canopies of the ipilipil would almost fully cover the entire ground area and results to the concentration of upward growth. By the time the seedlings of timber tree species are to be transplanted the ipilipil trees could be at the height of 4 meters with canopies fully covering the ground area. It would be as if the newly transplanted timber trees grow within a thick rainforest.

Being aware that Sunlight is so limited under the ipilipil trees, the transplanted timber trees will concentrate its program of growth at much faster rate in the upward direction and all its supply of water and nutrients will be totally used for upward growth such that practically nothing would be allocated for branches that would otherwise emerged as young sprouts. The timber tree species is expected to catch up the height of ipilipil at the height of probably six meters to eight meters.

Since that the timber trees are to be planted at 2.5 meters apart, their canopies would likewise be totally covering the ground area and competition for sunlight is still maintained for timber to continue their fast growth upward.

At the height of eight meters, the ipilipil shall be harvested by cutting the trunks to leave behind a stump of about 30 Cm to allow new sprout of small stems and enhance continuous production of nitrogen because ipilipil is a host of nitrogen fixing bacteria. The retention of the ipilipil roots will provide paths to sip much greater amount of water into the soil.

The harvested trunks of ipilipipil would amount to P1.2 million worth of firewood or charcoal per hectare.

11.2.1.6 BORE HOLES, CONTOUR CANALS, CONTOUR LAKES INSTALLATION AND WATERING SCHEME

Included in the Development Scheme is the construction of Contour Lakes at the interval of 250 meters for storage of rain water. The Contour Lake will have an average depth of 1.5 meters and average width of 2.0 meters. For eight months to include the rainy season these lakes shall be utilized as fish ponds by the occupant and tender of timber tree plantation. During summer or dry season the stored water shall be used to water the Timber Tree plantation.

In addition to Contour Lakes, Contour Canals at 20 Cm in Depth and 30 Cm in width shall likewise be constructed at the interval of 10 meters throughout the plantation area. This will store and retain 60 M3 of water to allow enough time to sip into the soil to increase its water holding capacity. At the initial stage of transplanting a bore hole 15 Cm in diameter and 30 Cm in depth must be made 15 Cm from the plant to assure adequate supply of water more especially at the early stage of its growth. During summer, water from the Contour Lake shall be distributed periodically into the Contour Canals using a 5 Cm plastic hose and utilizing the flow by gravity. The advantages of adequate water supply are:
1. Timber Tree Plants that are adequately supplied with water during summer will grow by 60% greater than those with stunted growth due to inadequate water supply.
2. Trees that experience stunted growth during summer will impart a certain program of growth that is likely to be repeated annually even if water is available.
3. In view of lesser amount of cloud cover during summer, more sunlight is available for the plant to growth much faster.
4. The cost of development in providing extra supply of water during summer will constitute a small percentage of the total benefit earned in term of timber yield.
5. The cost of development of Contour Lake is but a small percentage of the expected yield of fish pond and water storage for the Timber Tree plantation is but added premium.

11.2.1.7 MULCHING PREPARATION

In the process of maintaining the Timber Tree plantation, the fallen leaves shall be allowed to accumulate on the surface of the soil to cover the soil and to avoid abundant growth of grasses and shrubs during rainy season. However, as the dry season approaches, these fallen leaves must be removed from the surface of the soil to avoid the occurrence of fire accident. The leaves that are gathered shall be put around the trunk of the plant and covered with top soil as a system of mulching.

The mulching materials will provide means to retain soil moisture and at the same time induce the growth of bacteria that will mine the soil to produce soluble forms of metallic element necessary for plant nutrients.

11.2.1.8 MODULAR DEVELOPMENT SCHEME AND FUNDING

The Development Scheme being envisioned is to subdivide a large area of the proposed Timber Tree Plantation into Modules of 1,200 hectares and allocate such module to 200 family settlers. The idea is to subdivide 1,000 hectares portion of the module into 200 settlement lots at 5 hectares each and the remaining 200 hectares will be utilized for various facilities needed in modular development such as:
1. Contour Lakes 16 hectares
2. Dearth Roads & Right of Way 40 “
